A Little About Me
Photography and Writing, my personal indulgence and best kept secret. Until now.
I have been singing for as long as I can recall.
It is the very core of my being.
My family is the Vontrapps. With lots of red and an inappropriate sense of humour.
I could sit for hours, in heated dedication, deciphering a twelve-part harmony.
Present me with any object, and I will give it musical meaning.
I still maintain that singing in public will get me famous. It worked with Usher.
When I hear music, I tend to stare blankly, open-mouthed, and bob my head just enough to make others uncomfortable.
Shortly after the birth of my musical passions, the theatrical monster evolved.
Acting is a sacred thing. You are more vulnerable performing on a stage than you are staring a bull in the face and screaming ‘hamburger’.
Writing and performing my own pieces; It adds to the thrill of foreign interpretation.
Musical Theatre has become quite the passion I must say. Enveloping two worlds, both feed each other, and it develops a whole new meaning; even if only to myself.
Anyone who doesn’t understand the bohemian mountain goat that I am, must simply not be an artist- and that, my friend is a travesty.
I am cursed with pet fish.
I am likely to invade personal space.
I will run off at random intervals and abandon company to pursue glittery objects.
I love animals. Very much.
I bite my nails…and everything around me
I have the largest collection of hats known to man. Don’t try and compete.
The moment you set foot in my house, my mother will give you food. For the love of God, take it.
Open spaces help me breath. I find crowds invigorating and slightly unnerving. It’s like an olfactory taste explosion.
